Who this is for
Debre Sina Finance is the church's private finance system. It is used only by the people the church has chosen to run its books: administrators, bookkeepers and auditors. It is not open to the public or to church members.
Signing in with Google
You sign in with your Google account. From Google we receive:
- your name,
- your email address, and
- your profile picture.
We use them only to identify you and to check that you have been given access. We never see your Google password, and we do not ask for access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
Access is by approval
Signing in does not give you access. A new account waits until an administrator approves it and gives it a role (administrator, bookkeeper, or auditor with read-only access). Administrators can change a role or deactivate an account at any time.
Activity is logged
For accountability, the system keeps a permanent log of changes to the church's records: who made each change, what changed, and when. It also notes sign-in attempts from accounts that have been deactivated. This log is visible to administrators.
Your responsibilities
The system holds confidential church financial records. Use it only for church business, do not share or copy what you see outside the church's finance work, and sign out on shared devices.
No sharing, no tracking
We do not sell or share your sign-in information. The app uses no advertising or analytics trackers, and sets only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
